Djelotvorno provo\u0111enje zakona nije mogu\u0107e bez razmjene znanja i iskustava. AIRE Centar i RAI postavili su kao prioritet umre\u017eavanje sudija, tu\u017eilaca i ostalih stru\u010dnjaka u oblasti oduzimanja imovinske koristi pribavljene krivi\u010dnim djelom, \u0161to je dovelo do prepoznavanja potrebe da se formira Regionalna platforma o oduzimanju imovinske koristi (AR platforma).<\/p>\n

AR platforma predstavlja lako dostupnu alatku za prakti\u010dare, kao i za pripadnike akademske zajednice, donosioce odluka, novinare i studente, koja im omogu\u0107uje da pristupe relevantnim edukativnim materijalima i publikacijama, novostima i najnovijim zbivanjima zna\u010dajnim za region, studijama slu\u010dajeva i primjerima dobre prakse.<\/p>\n

AIRE Centar i Sekretarijat RAI uz podr\u0161ku Vlade Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva provode trogodi\u0161nji projekat pod nazivom Borba protiv korupcije i organizovanog kriminala na Zapadnom Balkanu putem ja\u010danja regionalne saradnje u oduzimanju imovinske koristi pribavljene krivi\u010dnim djelom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tim projektom su obuhva\u0107eni Albanija, Bosna i Hercegovina, Crna Gora, Kosovo, Sjeverna Makedonija i Srbija a u njemu u\u010destvuju i Bugarska, Hrvatska, Moldavija i Rumunija.<\/p>\n
