In March the AIRE Centre and the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative organised the conference “Effective Asset Recovery in the Western Balkans”. Over 100 judges, prosecutors, professors and other experts from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia and Italy gathered to discuss the latest developments in practice and jurisprudence regarding the fight against corruption and organised crime in the region.
